# Confluence setup part 1: installing MAIA for Confluence Atlassian connect app

## Prerequisites

* You might need administrator privileges for your Confluence organization.

## Step-by-step instructions

Go to this

1. Go to the [Atlassian Marketplace](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1237068/maia-for-confluence?hosting=cloud\&tab=overview) and install the **MAIA for Confluence** integration.

   It should look like this:

2. Follow the installation process until you see this confirmation:
