Section titled “What’s new?”👥 Complete Group Synchronization: Once connected, the correct permissions are automatically applied for all users.
🔑 Enterprise-Level Scaling: Now compatible with 95% of all industrial SharePoint setups.
🙅 No effort for new users: Simply add them to MAIA, and they automatically gain access to documents with the original permissions.
In practical terms: Your IT admin connects SharePoint once at the enterprise level. After that, any new MAIA user can start immediately, with permissions automatically set correctly.
What does this mean for existing users?
Section titled “What does this mean for existing users?”No changes for existing customers on already connected SharePoints. We will continue to support previous integration methods to ensure a smooth experience.
