Users now go through a 2-minute onboarding that informs MAIA about departments and roles. Smart Onboarding includes:

• Short demo video giving an overview of the most relevant MAIA features

• Entering name, department, and role

• MAIA tailors all responses to your specific role

• Team leads receive department-level usage statistics
